Materials That Prioritize Skin Health
This diaper uses a five-layer construction, each chosen for a specific function:
Top sheet: Super-soft, spunbond non-woven fabric with a "pear-like" concave-convex pattern. This reduces skin contact area by approximately 30% compared to flat non-woven, allowing air circulation while quickly channeling urine downward.
Acquisition Distribution Layer (ADL): A white, chemically-bonded non-woven that rapidly captures fluid and spreads it horizontally to the entire SAP core. Result: No pooling, no localized swelling.
Absorbent core: A composite of high-retention SAP and fluff pulp. Our standard ratio is 40% SAP / 60% pulp. For night diapers, we can increase SAP to 55% for higher retentiveness.

Leg cuffs: Double-layer standing cuffs with 3-4 elastic strands. The cuff height is 35-40mm when opened – significantly higher than budget diapers (typically 25mm) – to contain loose stools.

Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer), 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. For first-time buyers, we can also accept L/C at sight (confirmed, irrevocable).
